Title: Turkey Steaks with Sausalito Salsa

Yield: 6 Servings

3sl1/2" thick turkey breast, about 1 1/2 lb
3/4cDiced, seeded tomato
1/2cPeeled, diced orange
1 4 oz can diced green chilies
1/2cThinly sliced green onions
3tbChopped fresh cilantro
2 To 3 - tsp pared, minced gingerroot
1/4tsSalt
1 To 2 - Tbsp butter or margarine

Cilantro sprigs

Cut each turkey slice into 2 pieces; cover and set aside. Combine tomato, orange, chilies, onions, cilantro, gingerroot and salt in medium bowl; set aside. Melt butter in large skillet over medium- high heat. Saute turkey steaks, half at a time, if necessary, until lightly browned on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to serving platter; spoon salsa on top. Garnish with cilantro sprigs. Makes 6 servings.
